World Book Day is a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and (most importantly) it's a celebration of reading.
Each year, Eden celebrates with an array of our bestselling titles for both children and adults all priced at £1.
Marked in over 100 countries, children and schools often get involved by dressing up as their favourite book characters and reading together. This year, World Book Day saw unexpected snow and school closures with many schools celebrating a week later. So who knows what hijinks we could see in 2021? Maybe raining cats and dogs!
