Skye's Mid Day Prayer

Skye's Mid Day Prayer was created to help children understand the beauty of stopping in the middle of the day to pray. Many times, the morning begins with excitement, and the night ends with rest, but midday can become busy, noisy, and full of distractions. This book teaches that even in the middle of the day, a child can pause and remember God.
Psalm 119 is a powerful chapter in the Bible that teaches love for God's Word. It is arranged according to the Hebrew alphabet, showing us that God's Word gives order, direction, wisdom, and strength. Each Hebrew letter in this book will help children learn a simple spiritual lesson, a scripture, a short prayer, a focus word, and a sentence to help them remember the meaning.
The final seven chapters will teach seven Hebrew words of praise. These words will help children understand that praise can be spoken, sung, lifted, declared, offered, and lived before the Lord.
