This is a short version of a book by the same name and author. The topic is forgiveness from the heart, illustrated by numerous stories. When Angry Hearts Forgive purposely avoids highly traumatic scenarios, opting to concentrate on subtle offences and hurts which crop up regularly to adversely impact our relationships.

Forgiveness is prone to be neglected or ignored by Christians who fail to realise its value in God's Kingdom. Jesus said, "If you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:15). The implications of Jesus' warning are not trivial.

The appendix relates the story of National Forgiveness Week which has the potential to spread the message of heartfelt one-on-one forgiveness across entire nations, creating harmonious homes and communities, and reducing the divorce rate, racial tensions and conflicts in general.
