Our LORD GOD is perfect in balance.

The scales of His mercy and His wrath must be in an ideal balance for His judgment, according to His own character and His requirements.

This little book describes how His character reveals His Holiness and Divinity.
There cannot be mercy without wrath, and there cannot be wrath without mercy.

In all ways and in all situations, the LORD proves He is just, and He is Righteous.
For if a person entirely rejects God, after all the times He has called to them to receive life eternal, then His wrath must fall. But always before He shows His mercy with the call to them.

There are also times when God will show mercy alongside His wrath, giving someone the chance to turn to Him for cleansing and salvation.
