All of his life, citizen J-65216 (Josik for short) has thought about life outside the only cold, mechanical reality he's ever known, the space station society of Bohem.

Now exiled to Earth, he struggles to establish a new life for himself amidst the warring factions of the planet's hostile state.

Josik's historic discovery of a promising nation once called the United States of America leads to dreams and glimpses of the past. With the help of a reluctant teacher, Sam-a man trapped back in the 2030s, Josik must use these lessons to survive and realize his place in this new world.
