GRIPPED BY FEAR (my true life story) I had fear all my life...fear of the dark, fear of spiders, fear of animals of all kinds, fear of water, fear of heights, fear of success, fear of failure, fear of being married, fear of being single, fear for my children when they were away for me, fear of my past, fear of the future...the list went on and on... I was gripped by fear.In 2001 I became born again and Baptized in the Holy Ghost ...it was through revelation in studying the word of God that I realized I suffered from fear all my life. Fear entered my soul through traumatic experiences I suffered at the tender age of 3. 1)I had a near drowning experience...which through this trauma, I acquired the fear of water (Aquaphobia)2)I had climbed up an apple tree attempting to obtain a large apple. Upon seeing a large white spider, I was gripped by fear Arachnophobia (fear of Spiders) and Acrophobia (fear of heights) also, entered into my soul.3)We lived in an area which had quite spectacular thunderstorms. However, to a child of 3 these storms caused power outage, as well as the thunder and lightening were deafening. Brontophobia (fear of thunderstorms) and Achluophobia (fear of the dark) also entered my soul.Through these traumatic events...the Spirit of Fear gripped every area of my life for 5 decades until I was set free. I finally had revelation that I did not need to live with fear any longer and that fear was a demonic stronghold. Through the Word of God and Rhema revelation as well as Deliverance Ministry....I was able to recognize when the Spirit of fear entered in and also recognize that I had power and authority to overcome the Spirit of fear and it's co-partners...anxiety and stress.Let me take you on a journey of healing through my own healing.
