Since He created all of us and since He also created everything and knows everything, He knows what we can handle. Isaiah foretells of many events that have already happened. And he tells the reader about these things right in the middle of also forecasting events that haven't happened yet. Thus, it takes much concentration, much focus and dedication to study Isaiah.
