For over a year, I have been using the ‘She Reads Truth’ app on my phone. I liked the fact that you could choose from a number of translations and that they regularly introduced new reading plans to help you to regularly read the Bible.
Earlier this year I decided I would buy myself a new Bible. So when I saw that ‘She Reads Truth’ were releasing a Bible, I knew it was a Bible I was going to love.
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I love Bibles. I love them to look just as beautiful as the words inside. And the She Reads Truth Bible does not disappoint. The Bible contains 66 key verses, one for each book in the Bible. Each verse is beautifully hand-lettered and drawn and helps you to learn the verses and add beauty to the scriptures.
My favourite feature in this Bible are the devotions. They really help me to engage in God’s word. I love when I am reading a passage and I find a devotion that is related to a passage. They so often help to open up God’s word in a new way and inspire me to read the other passages that are referenced in the devotion.
So if you’re looking for a beautiful Bible with every feature pointing you back to God’s word, then give the She Reads Truth Bible a try. It has certainly become part of my everyday life and not just a pretty book that lives on a shelf.
