In the Bible, we are commanded to "give thanks in all circumstances" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). But let’s be honest: in the middle of a stressful week in 2026, finding something to be thankful for can feel like a chore.
Gratitude is a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger your "spiritual vision" becomes, allowing you to see God’s hand in places you previously missed.
We’ve designed this 30-Day Gratitude Challenge specifically for your Christian journal. Whether you have five minutes or fifty, these prompts will help you document a month of God’s goodness.
How the Challenge Works
- Commit to a Time: Pick a consistent 5-minute window each day.
- Use Your Physical Journal: There is power in the "hand-to-paper" connection for memory and emotional processing.
- No "Too Small" Graces: If the only good thing that happened today was a warm cup of tea, write it down!
