Politics can be very controversial, but as Christians, we should begin our study of the subject by looking at what the Bible has to say. When we do, hopefully, we can find many points of agreement. In this study manual, you will examine issues such as the task of the government and its relation with the Church and the kingdom of God. You will also evaluate different forms of civil government, consider how to apply the Old Testament laws today, and look at ways you can fulfill your civic duty as a Christian. These studies will help you begin to develop a Christian worldview of politics.

Designed either for personal benefit or for group study, in each lesson you will first do your own reflection on key passages, then you will read some comments, and finally you will consider ways to apply the Scriptures to your own life. After the main section of Bible Studies, there is a second section with a few additional readings for further study.
