This collection of prayers represents a year's worth of research, dating mostly from the late 1700s through the 1800s, into the Catholic history. The 60+ prayers featured are grouped as prayers of thanks: * to God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Trinity, and the Blessed Sacrament; * regarding the Church sacraments such as Mass and Confession; * for each day and special occasions (your birthday, on becoming a mother, etc.); and * for favors granted. It is illustrated with beautiful color photos as well as European religious paintings and drawings from the Renaissance.
