This book provides all that is needed for faithful reading of, and reflection upon, the word of God through the seasons of Advent and Christmas.

For each day – from the First Sunday of Advent to the feast of the Baptism of the Lord – the book presents the Scripture readings (RNJB) from the Old and New Testaments, including the Gospels, as guided by the liturgical calendar of the Catholic Church. The correct Sunday readings are supplied for years A, B and C. Accompanying each reading is a short commentary, and for each day a prayerful reflection, all written by Fr Adrian Graffy.
