Teaching courses to married couples and those preparing for marriage about how to live their married lives in accordance with the principles, standards and docrines of the christian faith.

Operating in Wandsworth, London, we want all children aged 0 to 11 years to have frequent, positive reading experiences. We train teams of volunteers to give one-to-one support in primary schools. We run early literacy classes for parents and toddlers. We encourage and equip parents to support their children's reading at home.


The principal activity of the Rock will be the provision of a youth facility at the (former) Church of St Peter, Cheltenham and its adjacent hall. From April 2010 this facility has been available to all young people regardless of background providing both formal and informal activities and opportunities to develop skills, education, welfare and spiritual wellbeing.

Reaching out to Young People

Charity is now dormant. Merged (transfer of assets and liabilities) with London City YMCA on 1 Dec 2005 and renamed City YMCA, London.


Provision of homelessness and threat of homelessness support and activities for young people age 16-25 based in Coventry City Centre. Homelessness support is holistic - helping young people find somewhere to live, equip it and keep it. 1:1 support, drop ins and food/clothing/furniture banks. We have a Christian ethos and our services are open to all faiths or none.

The activities of the trust were transferred in 2011 to Rock UK Adventure Centres Ltd, charity number 1107724.

Be Me Project provides support for a wide spectrum of people ranging from young people in secondary school to younger women within our communities. Bread of Life Ministries Bristol (BOLM) is an independent Pentecostal church.
