Teaching courses to married couples and those preparing for marriage about how to live their married lives in accordance with the principles, standards and docrines of the christian faith.

Operating in Wandsworth, London, we want all children aged 0 to 11 years to have frequent, positive reading experiences. We train teams of volunteers to give one-to-one support in primary schools. We run early literacy classes for parents and toddlers. We encourage and equip parents to support their children's reading at home.

The principal activity of the Rock will be the provision of a youth facility at the (former) Church of St Peter, Cheltenham and its adjacent hall. From April 2010 this facility has been available to all young people regardless of background providing both formal and informal activities and opportunities to develop skills, education, welfare and spiritual wellbeing.

To educate children and young people living in East Hull to develop their leisure time through a programme of physical, mental and spiritual activities to enhance the personal development of young people, including - Badge Work and learning (skill, community and spiritual), Sports Activities (football, swimming, table tennis, badminton), Adventure (camping/ trips, expedition, outdoor cooking/BBQ).

Amigos works in Uganda to bring sustainability, dignity and hope to disadvantaged people. At Kira Farm Development Centre 40 vulnerable young Ugandans receive training. We run a child-led family sponsorship programme enabling 380 children to go to school. We work in rural communities providing clean water and training in conservation farming, WaSH, appropriate technolgies and conflict resolution.

Reaching out to Young People

Charity is now dormant. Merged (transfer of assets and liabilities) with London City YMCA on 1 Dec 2005 and renamed City YMCA, London.

Provision of homelessness and threat of homelessness support and activities for young people age 16-25 based in Coventry City Centre. Homelessness support is holistic - helping young people find somewhere to live, equip it and keep it. 1:1 support, drop ins and food/clothing/furniture banks. We have a Christian ethos and our services are open to all faiths or none.

The activities of the trust were transferred in 2011 to Rock UK Adventure Centres Ltd, charity number 1107724.

Provision of youth work and member activities. Hire of space by other user groups to financially support the work of the Association.

Raise funds that will directly enhance the education and school experience for all children at Bathwick St. Mary Church School.

Be Me Project provides support for a wide spectrum of people ranging from young people in secondary school to younger women within our communities. It delivers courses and one to one sessions that encourage positive mental wellbeing, confident mind-sets, inspiring people to be uniquely themselves and raising levels of self esteem and resilience.

We aim to advance the education of pupils of Bedale CE Primary School by providing or assisting the provision of educational, recreational and other charitable facilities in augmentation of such facilities financed by the Local Education Authority. The fund may undertake activities, which promote the charitable work of the school and further the education and advancement in life of the pupils.

Presenting the Christian Faith to children and young people in schools in the Bedford geographical area. This is done by invitation from the schools, through assemblies/lessons - R.E. & PHSE/lunchtime and after school clubs/self-esteem sessions/mentoring and special projects: Creative Prayer, Barn Nativity, Godly Play, Prayer Spaces, Life Path etc.

Working with children and young people, primarily in schools, to encourage a greaterunderstanding of Christianity and its outworking in current society. Work includes providing assemblies and RE lessons; support for individuals and small groups in subjects such as anger management, self esteem; annual provision of transition support to year 6 pupils.

The BWA raises funds on behalf of the school which is then used to enhance the learning environment of all the pupils

Boost is a faith-based charity operating in Felixstowe, Suffolk, pioneering partnerships between faith and education, working with churches and schools. BOOST employs a Chaplain who works within Felixstowe Academy to support staff and students, explore faith, and build community. This provision extends to primary schools to support young people in their transition to high school.

Bournemouth Spear Trust acts for the benefit of the public and within a Christian ethos, to act as a resourcefor young people between the ages of 16 to 24 living in and around Bournemouth by providing advice,assistance and support, educational programmes and other activities.

Bread of Life Ministries Bristol (BOLM) is an independent Pentecostal church. Bread of Life Ministries have in the last year reached out to the community by organising activities such as youth events, quiz competitions, women's breakfast meetings, prayer summit and annual conferences which has greatly benefited the membership and the community as a whole.

Serving the Local Church, through American Sports Camps, to the glory of God. We exist to serve the local Church by helping to create strategy and lasting impact, shaping American Sports Camps around their goal. We provide our services for free. We provide ministry and Missional opportunities whilst training and equipping local leaders, creating sustainable and effective ministries.

Empowering & equipping individuals and families who experience serious challenges, to take competent charge of their lives, to live well and contribute to the wider community. This is achieved through behavioural, mental and physical health interventions & education with nationally recognised qualifications and supported employment. Participants are given long-term follow up and support.

BTGs delivery programme includes running football sessions for the community; smaller focused, peer-to-peer mentoring; community events and conferences.

The BRIDGES Centre is a Christian project intended to be available to serve all members of the community and build bridges between all sections of it. The core use is as a pop in centre but it is also available for such groups as schoolchildren after school, young people during the evening, people learning household and cookery skills, and arts and crafts and the appreciation of them.

OPERATION OF A CAMPING AND TRAINING CENTRE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Supporting the BUILD training initiative. (BUILD stands for 'Biblical Understanding for In-service Leadership Development'). BUILD is a locally grown grassroots church leadership training initiative of the Anglican Church of Uganda, which has spread to neighbouring Anglican provinces, including Kenya and Tanzania. We encourage that growth and development with small grants, expertise, and visits.

Camp XL hosts residential activity camps for ages 11-18, many at its activity centre, Gaines Manor. Though a Christian organisation, it explicitly opens its programmes to those of all faiths and none, encouraging young people to think critically and reach their own considered opinions on matters of faith; to resist the urge to conform, understand alternate views, and value freedom of conscience.

Support running CAP Debt Centre, CAP Job Club, CAP Money Course and CAP Life Skills in South Croydon.
