Study and application of the Christian Gospel in its relation to war, by holding conferences and engaging with the Anglican Communion and others by peaceful means. Publish a journal and other literature promoting peacemaking. Re-design our website and The Anglican Peacemaker,to set up a Facebook page, a blog and have an advertising campaign.

Anvil Trust offers a range of learning opportunities in applied Christian studies for people wishing to explore the faith in depth and detail. They are available across the United Kingdom and in other countries as appropriate. They are open to all irrespective of their faith or belief background and have a strong emphasis on spirituality, peace and justice.

AIF gives support for families where one partner is usually Roman Catholic, or Orthodox, and the other of another church, giving them a voice within the churches, and working for unity of Christians everywhere.

The Trust offers financial support to groups and individuals wishing to undertake activities in Sweden, England or elsewhere which express and enhance the link between the Church of England and the Swedish Church, formalised under the Porvoo agreement. Much of the Trust's work is done in conjunction with the Diocese of Oxford.
