Grants for the 2017-2018 financial year were made to support projects in Kenya

THE ANGLICAN ALLIANCE BRINGS TOGETHER THOSE IN THE ANGLICAN FAMILY OF CHURCHES AND AGENCIES TO WORK FOR A WORLD FREE OF POVERTY AND INJUSTICE, TO BE A VOICE FOR THE VOICELESS, TO RECONCILE THOSE IN CONFLICT, AND TO SAFEGUARD THE EARTH.

Study and application of the Christian Gospel in its relation to war, by holding conferences and engaging with the Anglican Communion and others by peaceful means. Publish a journal and other literature promoting peacemaking. Re-design our website and The Anglican Peacemaker,to set up a Facebook page, a blog and have an advertising campaign.

Anvil Trust offers a range of learning opportunities in applied Christian studies for people wishing to explore the faith in depth and detail. They are available across the United Kingdom and in other countries as appropriate. They are open to all irrespective of their faith or belief background and have a strong emphasis on spirituality, peace and justice.

AIF gives support for families where one partner is usually Roman Catholic, or Orthodox, and the other of another church, giving them a voice within the churches, and working for unity of Christians everywhere.

The Awareness Foundation works to empower Christians everywhere to be a counter force of love and peace to the intolerance and mistrust that now prevail in so many of our communities, and to build understanding between the faiths. We do this through education and encouraging dialogue. Examples of our work include our Ambassadors for Peace and Little Heroes projects in Syria and Iraq,

Advancing the Christian faith and particularly establishing church communities where members devote themselves to the service of Jesus Christ that includes work, worship, apostolic mission, education and family life. The main work of the Charity is offering spaces for people to grow in the freedom of living out of their heart's deepest desire so as to experience the joy of living in the fullness of the call to life and love. In view of this we offer hospitality to visitors at House of the Divine Will, parish missions, outreach to schools, chaplaincy, ecumenical and interreligious work.

An ecumenical network of members, working for the relief of poverty and the advancement of religion, in particular for peace & reconciliation. In partnership with others abroad it promotes projects and programmes and provides resources for them. It maintains a residential centre for training, conferences, retreats and visiting groups and also as a base for the overseas work.

The charity continues to support a variety of ministries and services in Peru including Mission San Felipe (Anglican Parish of Cabanaconde), the Iglesia Evangelica del PeruÔÇÖs ministry to prisons and funding support teaching for both and also to other ministries involved in healing and reconciliation.

RECONCILIATIONThe Fellowship of Reconciliation in Wales is part of an international spiritually-based movement which believes in the power of active non-violence as a way of life. We promote this vision through information, educational materials, activities and cultural exchanges. We promote our activities through a six-monthly newsletter and a stall on the National Eisteddfod field.

FoR was founded in 1914 as a body of people who accepted that Christian faith is incompatible with participation in war. FoR supports and affirms those with a commitment to peace and non-violence and undertakes education and campaigning on issues of conflict and peace and on behalf of the victims of war and injustice.

NJPN organises and runs, for the benefit of members and non-members: An annual national conference. Quarterly network meetings, two of which are held in London, with expert speakers on local issues. Support of Burundian refugees returning to Burundi and those in neighbouring countries, seminars on reconciliation and peace building, training for pastors, and building of a clinic in area of returning refugees in partnership with Rema Burundi our sister organisation in Burundi

SAT-7 UK exists to see a growing Church in the Middle East and North Africa, to be confident in faith, serving their communities and contributing to society. Through inspirational and educational satellite television and digital media, SAT-7 brings messages of hope and peace to the lives of millions of people, in Arabic, Farsi and Turkish, including diaspora and refugee communities, every day.

Seek Peace provides consultancy services, tailored training and small grants to our partners (local churches and parachurch ministries) to support their peacebuilding and reconciliation impact through Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. We currently work with partners in the UK, Nigeria, Ghana and Lebanon.

The Trust offers financial support to groups and individuals wishing to undertake activities in Sweden, England or elsewhere which express and enhance the link between the Church of England and the Swedish Church, formalised under the Porvoo agreement. Much of the Trust's work is done in conjunction with the Diocese of Oxford.

Thaxted Area Meeting is the Quaker body for NW Essex. Quakers are aPeace Church offering public opportunities for quiet worship. We work forpeace, equality, justice & sustainability inspired by our testimonies.Local Quakers work together, and often with other groups toward these ends.We also support projects further afield, often through our national offices oninternational projects.

Grants for activities promoting awareness of Peace issues in the context of Christian Social Teaching, usually within the UK

To raise funds by subscription or other means in order to be able to assist the Dean & Chapter of Ely Cathedral in the advancement of the religious, pastoral, musical and educational work of the Cathedral including the preservation of its fabric and the ornaments and furnishings thereof.

The promotion of the religious and human development of the people of Africa; promotion of missionary vocation throughout the world; funding the recruiting and training of missionaries; missionary animation through our magazine & appeals in parishes; promotion of JPIC issues; the fostering of inter-religious encounter & dialogue; the care in retirement and/or sickness of our returned missionaries.

We are a Roman Catholic missionary society which supports Christian communities and works to spread the Christian message at home and abroad.
