Amadan, which means Shepherd in the Tamajaq language used by many in Niger, is a charity formed to help support the people of Niger. We support and work with Christians in Niger, responding, as funds allow, to the basic physical and spiritual needs of the country. As a good shepherd tends to their sheep, Amadan seeks to tend to the individual needs of the people in Niger.

The charity has provided emergency relief for several thousand refugees, in the form of financial support. These families and individuals have escaped Iraq leaving their homes and possessions behind. This funding has provided them with food, heating and essential medical care.

BHCT is a Christian Chaplaincy specialising in crisis intervention and search and rescue at the notorious suicide spot of Beachy Head. In addition to cliff edge intervention the charity is also involved in preventative and post-intervention support. Those rescued travel from all over the UK and also from abroad. Our vision is to end suicide at Beachy Head.

To provide an outreach centre for the advancement of Christian religion and Christian faith.There is a coffee shop and area for light lunches. There is also a listening service for members of the public who are distressed or have problems which they wish to discuss with someone in confidence.The premises also regularly hold events promoting the Christian faith.

Working in Bristol NW we help to alleviate poverty through the provision of food parcels to those in crisis, in partnership with local care agencies who refer clients in crisis to us. As part of our service we signpost to other care agencies, advice services and support agencies to try and help alleviate the clients immediate crisis that is causing their need to use the Foodbank.

BroadGrace is a welcoming, family-friendly church for the people who live in the towns and villages of Broadlands and North Norfolk

Trained, uniformed Street Pastors volunteers from local churches staff a refuge cafe and patrol the centre of Cambridge on Saturday nights between 10pm-3am, caring, listening and helping all without judgement or discrimination. Assistance and a listening, pastoral ear are made freely available to all. We freely share our faith and motivations but only if asked.

Services for children: adoption, foster care, day care, and volunteer support work. Services for adults with learning disabilities: day projects, supported living and residential care, training and advocacy, and employment opportunities. We are gowing crops in Mozambique at the moment but have not started the building program.

Crediton Foodbank is a registered charity providing emergency food for local people in crisis in Crediton and the surrounding villages. Crediton Foodbank also offers people support such as financial advice, referring and signposting to other organisations, including counselling, and works closely with all agencies in the area including schools.

Promotion of the holy rosary as a means to bring peace and personal comfort to suffering people. Correspondence maintained supporting prisoners, the sick, the fearful. Shipments of donated aid and church items to assist diocesan schools and hospitals in the third world. Support of local homeless has increased to help with increased numbers.

Halls at West Croydon Baptist Church are available on Tuesday mornings for a 'drop in' service and for socialising on Wednesday mornings. Food, clothes, footwear, toiletries and household goods are distributed to local asylum seekers and refugees. A help desk is available to assist with administrative queries. Children of asylum seeker families are assisted in obtaining places in local schools.

The charity responds to invitations from organisations who request Bible teaching and education in the Christian faith. This is often carried out in UK and Africa, but not exclusively. Additional cooperation is given to charities who are providing facilities for healthcare, education, orphanages, and/or free lending libraries.
