Person Specification We are looking for someone who: • Has a strong personal relationship with Jesus. • Is passionate about discipling young people. • Has experience working with young people in church, school or community settings. • Can introduce new initiatives and ideas in line with current/future trends and good practice. • Has excellent communication skills with a flexible and friendly attitude with young people. • Has the ability to prioritise and make informed decisions. • Has exceptional organisational and leadership skills. • Can work well both independently and as part of a team. • Is willing to support the wider vision and ministry of the church.
