By fostering community ties and engaging with local residents, The River Church Newcastle demonstrates its commitment to living out the teachings of Christ. It welcomes everyone to join in worship and participate in various outreach initiatives, embodying the spirit of love, faith, and community service that is central to the Christian mission.
Our mission
Meeting in Sandyford for the advancement of the Christian faith, proclaiming the Christian gospel through word and deed in Newcastle and beyond through Sunday and midweek gatherings. Striving to build a thriving community of all ages that represents people from across Newcastle and the North East, reaching them with the gospel. We have seen God faithfully grow the church since it began in 2020 with a small team, as people find a true sense of belonging and are surrounded by people who want the best for them, whoever they are and wherever they come from.
