Our mission
All Saints Parochial Church Council (PCC) is part of the East Winchester benefice. The churches of All Saints and St Andrew's Chilcomb are within the parish. The PCC has the responsibility for, in co-operation with the Rector, the whole mission of the Church of England within the parish. This includes our worship, pastoral care, evangelistic activities, social action and buildings maintenance.
