MAKE AVAILABLE RANGE OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES TO ADDRESS VARIOUS NEEDS, ALSO FREE HEALTH CHECKS AND ASSIST WITH IMPROVING HEALTH, DROP-IN CENTRES, CARE, COUNSELLING, REFERRALS,PROVISION OF FOOD,CLOTHING,ADVISE,EDUCATION AND TRAINING, VISITATION FOR THE SICK AND ELDERLY.
