Minister - Ashford Baptist Church

Ashford Baptist Church is a welcoming, diverse town-center fellowship of around 150 people. We are seeking a full-time Minister to lead us in growing as disciples of Jesus and sharing His love with our community.

We are looking for someone who will:

* Preach and teach biblically and relevantly

* Lead worship and nurture a culture of prayer

* Offer compassionate pastoral care

* Inspire and equip us for mission in Ashford

* Work collaboratively with our leadership team, staff, and ministry teams

Applicants must be a committed Christian, aligned with the Evangelical Alliance statement of faith, our mission and values. Candidates applying from outside the Baptist Union will need to complete agreed training which can be done alongside ministry.

Ashford Baptist Church is not able to sponsor visas, and applicants will need to demonstrate experience of ministry within the UK church setting.
