THE ORGANISATION'S OBJECTIVES ARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ("THE BENEFIT") AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE INHABITANTS WHO ARE AFRICAN OR AFRICAN DESCENT BY: 1. RELIEVING THOSE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN CHARITABLE NEED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS.
