Energy Matters - Monitoring & Data Officer

Redcar Baptist Church is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Monitoring & Data Officer to join our new Energy Matters project.

Based across Redcar Baptist Church, South Bank Baptist Church and Redcar House of Worship, Energy Matters will support local people struggling with fuel poverty by providing practical help, strengthening referral pathways, and helping families take sustainable steps forward.

This role will play a vital part in keeping the project running smoothly through accurate record-keeping, monitoring outcomes, supporting reporting to funders, and ensuring robust administrative systems are in place. You'll work closely with staff and volunteers, helping maintain high standards of data quality and confidentiality.

We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, confidence working with data and digital systems, excellent attention to detail, and a practical, supportive approach to helping others use processes effectively.

As this role forms part of the shared Christian ministry of our churches, there is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
