The Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World, known as the Tokoistas, is dedicated to serving both its congregation and the broader community since its inception in 1996. This charity not only focuses on religious activities but also engages in various charitable objectives that uplift vulnerable populations, such as children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Emphasising their Christian foundation, the church promotes the teachings of Jesus and aims to alleviate poverty and provide support across diverse ethnic backgrounds. Through prayers, educational initiatives, and outreach programs, the Tokoistas embody the spirit of love and compassion central to Christian values, making a significant impact in their locality.
Our mission
The Charity carries out Church activities, Mass takes place every Sunday at St. Luke's church. To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and distributing literature on Christianity to enlighten other about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
