The Blessing (Live)

The Blessing album was uniquely recorded and captured live this summer during the pandemic without a live audience at Kari’s home church, The Belonging Co in Nashville, TN. This special project captures a genuine & captivating worship experience with Kari and her band as they entered God’s presence celebrating His victory, hope & peace during an unprecedented season in the world.

Featuring 15 tracks including the powerful world-renowned single, “The Blessing,” Kari Jobe lends her heart and voice during this shaky season - giving the global church an album of declarative anthems that are full of healing and faith.

The first single, First Love, is a heart cry to return back to God based on Revelation 2. The song begins with the lyrics “I’m returning to the secret place / Just an altar and a flame / Love is found here / In our sacred space / I hear Your voice I see Your face.” Another single, Your Nature, declares God is good in every season, particularly dry & barren seasons because goodness is His nature. Other songs that will resonate with the worshiper include “Let The Light In,” “Rest,” “Throne Room,” and “Heaven Invade.”

With more than three hours of worship captured, The Blessing album will be a capstone for worshippers this year and will be one of the guiding torches to lead the church further into the hope of Jesus.
