It does not give you 12 steps to be a better Christian leader. What this book does is to help you develop a biblically-based theology of Christian Leadership. Before you can develop your leadership skills, habits, and theories you must have a good solid theology of leadership and understand what is different about Christian Leadership.

The book was written for current Christian leaders as well as leadership students. This book can be used as a source to assist you in developing a good theology of Christian Leadership. Even if you disagree with some of the thoughts in the book, you will learn some things to help you become a better Christian Leader through having a biblical theology of Christian Leadership.
