Faith in Mind is a collection of bible readings for those struggling with mental ill health.

The readings are an introduction to Christian faith, pointing to Jesus the bringer of light into darkness and hope for the hopeless. Steve Tash, who has suffered himself, looks at how the bible can be relevant to mental health. Some bible verses seem to describe the sinking tangle of mental illness and answer it with the rock of God's enduring love across the ages. There is encouragement to carry on despite the pain and to find in Jesus, life, peace and freedom.
