This study investigated Communication in Pastoral Leadership for Church Staff Management in Ogbomoso Baptist Conference. The reason is because communication gap between church pastors and other staff was observed to be creating a loophole that has always resulted in the ineffectiveness of church staff members. The study identified common communication channels among church staff; discovered the extent to which church staff members use communication channels; examined required Pastoral Leadership's Communication skills needed for church staff management; found out problems associated with communication among members of church staff; discovered Communication roles of Pastoral Leadership; and examined effects of communication in Pastoral Leadership on church staff management. The descriptive research method was used, and the population comprised both ministerial and non-ministerial staff of the local Baptist Churches within Ogbomoso metropolis. Questionnaire and interviews were used to gather information from the field.
