Seth Ueland Chancy is an advisor for conviviality and congregational development with the Norwegian Mission Society, working with churches across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the Americas. His work focuses on Use Your Talents, an asset-based, theologically grounded approach that helps congregations move from deficit thinking to shared life, dignity, and participation. With experience as a pastor, educator, and practitioner, Seth equips churches to integrate worship, discipleship, evangelism, and diakonia into everyday life. He writes and teaches at the intersection of practical theology, leadership, and community formation, with a particular emphasis on participation, trust, and the Church as a lived, relational body. He is the author of Potluck Paradigm.
