The Gideon account in scripture is a battle for a harvest in his day, and yet it points to an endtime harvest in our day. Endtime parallels are found throughout the narrative. Seven-year judgment, trumpets blasting, remnants accounted for, and even the same valley that Armageddon will be fought...all point to a harvest that will be fought for and won in our day.

There is a call echoing in the spirit for Gideons to arise, to be forged, and to step into their purpose, that the Lamb of God would receive the reward for His sufferings. Other harvests in the past may have been spoiled, but as sure as God is raising up Gideons, God has ordained that this harvest will be secured.

Be challenged, be shaped, and be equipped for this end-time moment. You, too, can stand against an enemy that seems to outnumber you. Release the sound of heaven! Expose the fire God has ignited in you. And know that you are carrying out the judgment and will of God to triumph over the enemy. Learn to fight God's way, and may the harvest be secure as you stand in your God-ordained moment.
