Artists at a Shift in Time: Courage in a Time of Conflict and Change describes time as a road in the wilderness. Artists, rather than being "ahead of their time" are in truth, accurately understanding the times they live in. The book is divided into three main sections. The first section describes the place of the artisan in scripture according to Zechariah 1:18-2:5. Section two looks at the shift in time that happened at the time of David, and David as a role model for artists today. Section three studies Daniel and his experience in Babylon compared to our experience today. The book ends with spiritual practices Christian artists can use to overcome in a time of change.
