St. Alban's Grammar: Health & Stewardship is a one-year classical Christian health curriculum designed for students in Grades 6-10. Rather than focusing primarily on medical science, this course equips students with the practical knowledge and biblical wisdom needed to care for the bodies God has entrusted to them.

Through thirty-six engaging lessons, students explore healthy habits, wholesome nutrition, exercise, work, rest, Sabbath, hygiene, safety, first aid, technology, emotional well-being, and Christian service. The curriculum encourages thoughtful stewardship by emphasizing nourishing, minimally processed foods, regular physical activity, meaningful work, and a balanced rhythm of labor and rest.

Each lesson includes Scripture (KJV), engaging instruction, key vocabulary, discussion questions, practical activities, healthy habit challenges, and opportunities for personal reflection.
