Good News Among The Rubble -- Luke 21:5-19 J. Will Ormond graduated from the University of Alabama where he belonged to the Phi Beta Kappa scholastic honorary. He attended Columbia Theological Seminary and graduated with a B.Div. Degree. After serving as a parish pastor, he attended Princeton Theological Seminary and earned his Th.M. degree. After fifteen years as founding pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, he attended the University of Glasglow, Scotland, and fulfilled the requirements for the Ph.D. degree. He served on the faculty of Columbia Theological Seminary and was named I. McDowell Richards Professor of Biblical Exposition. Columbia Seminary honored him with its Distinguished Service Award in 1996.
