The liturgy can be confusing at times, or even sometime boring. When we understand what the liturgy is and what we do in different sections our experience of the liturgy becomes very different.

The point of this book is not to try and capture all the detailed descriptions and contemplations on the liturgy. Instead, the purpose of this book is to help those of us who sometimes struggle to connect with God and one another through the liturgy to understand and follow this great feast.
