The Alpha Team Guide is designed for those hosting or helping on Alpha.

Section one of the booklet explores how to facilitate good small group discussions and gives tips when praying with guests, often on the Holy Spirit weekend. These sessions correspond with the training videos.

Section two provides suggested discussion questions to ask during each Alpha session, as well as some practical administrative tips throughout the course. These small group questions are not included within guest’s Alpha Guide, so make sure you have a copy of this Team Guide to assist you in leading the discussion time.

The booklet is designed in a clear and easy to read format and includes space for notes or to jot down questions guests may ask that you might want to follow up.
