There are two ways that a coloring book about Jesus could get a child's attention. If they come from a Christian home, Jesus would be a familiar figure. Depending on how he is dressed, Jesus might attract a child simply by the unusual style of robe and head dress. This difference could easily lead into a discussion about other cultures, how they dress, what they eat, what their houses are like, and how that is different from us. It also could lead into a discussion of history or geography.
