What does it actually mean for God to be "Holy"? How should Christians discern miracles, movements, and manifestations of the Holy Spirit? Why do some Churches fear the supernatural? If you have ever asked yourself any of these questions, you have picked up the right book! Modern Christians are divided about what to think of the seemingly strange spiritual manifestations found in some Pentecostal-Charismatic churches. Some churches have completely rejected modern manifestations of the Holy Spirit, while others have accepted them wholesale. This short book seeks to broaden Christian perceptions of discernment by deconstructing our faulty assumptions about God's very character. Author: Merrill G. Greene (PhD, McMaster University) is a Canadian missionary, adjunct professor, and a lover of Jesus.
