The twenty-five volume series, which covers all the books of the Bible, also includes three general volumes designed to introduce readers to the Bible and to biblical study: La Biblia en espanol: Como nos llega (The Spanish Bible: How It Came to Be); Como se forma la Biblia (How the Bible Was Formed), and Como estudiar la Biblia (How to Study the Bible). Justo L. Gonzalez, the General Editor for the series, is a distinguished biblical scholar and the author of numerous books, including Hechos (Acts) in this series.
