It makes no sense... but we believe it anyway!

Qur'an 5:46 says, "And in their footsteps we sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him. We sent him the Gospel."

As a Muslim I, too, rejected the Gospel because I was told the "authentic gospel" given to Jesus was lost.

Roman historians do not mention it Josephus, who wrote about Jesus and the early Christians, says nothing about the "gospel" given to Jesus. Documents and books written centuries earlier by Herodotus, Socrates, Buddha, and others survived, yet the "gospel" given to Jesus by Allah vanishes without a trace!

It is obvious it never existed, so why do Muslims still believe the story?

I, too, used to believe it, but then I uncovered the reason for it, and more, much more!
