Paul Carroll's daily devotional has not only been impactful, but enlightening, illuminating, and extremely timely. I have received his daily scripture and commentary for years. Many times the daily readings have been exactly what I've needed in that exact moment. I highly recommend this devotional not only for its content, but because I know the man behind the pen. This takes us on a journey that pierces the darkness of our mental and spiritual daily struggles and leads us into the presence of God's Kingdom. In God's Kingdom there is soul altering freedom. God has opened the door to us into His presence daily. We are invited to enter in and pick up His Two-Edged Sword and wield it. First, we are to receive from the abundant riches of His Spirit, and secondly, to therefore, give unto others what he has given to us. This is our lifeline, our battle and freedom. We are called to ask, listen, receive, speak and act, functioning in, not the world's, but His, new every day, miraculous and all-powerful KINGDOM NOW, TODAY! When God speaks to us, all becomes new, even the way we think. We become filled with His hope, love, peace and power, taking this daily with us where ever we may go. We are divinely changed by His Word!
