Some depression in caused when Christians live their lives in disobedience outside of the will of God. This book looks at the story of Jonah from the Bible's Old testament and how his disobedience led him to a very depressive place - inside the belly of a big fish. The book looks at how he got out of that and how it applies to us as Christians today. The book also tells the story of the author Grant Botha who struggled through depression as a result of disobeying God and how he overcame that through confession and repentance.
