Enjoying Moments is a 40 day devotional to embrace joy regardless of personal circumstances. Each of the 40 days includes another ingredient in the recipe for living joyfully. Embracing the 7 minute joy routine as a daily habit will lead to growing in the joy, peace, and love of Jesus. The inspiration of this book came from my youngest brother, JonMark, and the sweet childhood and journey through life's chapters with my siblings (Josh, Abi, Micah, and JonMark). Siblings are truly a gift from God! The gift of the responsibility of helping with my youngest brother, JonMark, in my teen years taught me so much about how quickly a childhood flies. And I have seen this to be true in my own five children's lives as I now have three adult kids and two high schoolers. Savoring and treasuring moments leads to enjoying life, for every moment is truly a gift! My heart feels even more heavy and entrusted to share the value of enjoying every moment as one of my students is no longer with us. This book is dedicated to him, Jackson Mobley. Jackson is one of the most kindhearted, gentle giants you'd ever meet. He is a funny, respectful, and humble world changer. He changed my world, and our community!
