Cultivating Discipleship in African Immigrant Churches through Cultural Structures and Practices equips pastors and ministry leaders to disciple African immigrant congregations with biblical depth and cultural wisdom. Drawing from doctoral research, ministry practice, and seminar-based training, Ogbonna John Iwuamadi addresses key challenges such as "African time," generational tensions, storytelling, mentorship, and the role of elders in faith formation. This book offers a practical and reproducible model for strengthening discipleship, improving communication, and passing faith to future generations in multicultural church settings. It is a valuable resource for pastors, ministry leaders, church workers, and anyone interested in discipleship, African immigrant churches, and cross-cultural ministry.
This is based on the preface and introduction of the manuscript.
