About the Contributor(s): Stephen Southern is Professor and Chair in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at Mississippi College. Dr. Southern has integrated roles of clinician, supervisor, consultant, administrator, and educator. He designed, implemented, and evaluated treatment programs for individuals, couples, and families, including those recovering from addiction.
