On July 5, 2021 at 12:21 AM, I watched my sister take her last breath and my world collapsed.

Nothing prepares you for a loss like that. The silence, the heaviness, the way life keeps moving when you feel like you can't. I didn't know how to grieve. I didn't know how to keep going without the person I talked to every day.

This book is my journey through that pain. It is honest and real. It is written from nights of tears, from moments of anger and questions, and from the days I didn't think I would make it.

But it is also the story of how God met me in the valley.

Through my grief, I learned that you can hurt deeply and still grow. You can break and still be rebuilt. You can miss someone every day and still choose to live.
