Debbie Davies has a knack for learning languages, but at the remote jungle mission where she was raised, this gifting only makes her the awkward, bookish daughter of the pastor in charge. One day, a man named Capac arrives from the village they have been trying to reach, but after a terrible mistranslation, Debbie's father imprisons him.
