Wrapped in Mercy follows Amy, who chose to have an abortion in college, and in a turn of events, finds herself once again facing similar circumstances. Her college roommate, Melissa, supported Amy at the time. However, as Melissa forges a relationship with God, she realizes the importance of Amy finding the Lord, not only for Amy's sake but also to be reunited with her aborted child in Heaven.
