FOR CENTURIES, many have feared a distant, punishing God - one who allows pain to teach lessons or withholds blessings to test faith.

But what if that picture of God isn't true at all?

In The Truth About God, Julie Short invites readers into a revelation of God's unshakable goodness and relentless love. Through Scripture, personal reflection, and practical wisdom, she dismantles long-held misconceptions - exposing the lies that keep believers bound in fear, guilt, and confusion.

"From the beginning, in the garden of Eden, the devil's strategy has been for us to question the goodness of God. There is nothing new under the sun; he still tries that same trick on people today. This book is written out of a heart for you to know how good God is and how much He loves YOU!" - Julie Short
