Stephen A. Macchia is president and (with his wife, Ruth) cofounder of Leadership Transformations, Inc. (LTI). Over the course of his ministry career he has served as a member of the pastoral team at Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA, president of Vision New England (Evangelistic Association of New England), and director of the Pierce Center for Disciple-Building at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he leads the Spiritual Formation for Ministry Leaders cohort for the doctor of ministry program. Steve is author or co-author of 17 books and the creator of the Church Health Assessment Tool (CHAT) and the Team Health Assessment Tool (THAT).

S. K. Skinner is an artist, teacher, and spiritual director for Leadership Transformations, Inc. Her passion is to provide safe, creative space for others to meet with God and grow as his dearly loved children.
