Matrimony, Motherhood, and Me

Dear Mom and Wife,

You are a person. I know it's crazy. But, you are. You are a person with a soul and a calling and a God who loves you so much that He appointed you to be a wife and mom. If you were made for this, why does this season of life seem so intensely crazy? Is it even possible to create a marriage

that lasts, is exciting, and thriving? Can you be a mom who crafts community, brings life into the world around them, and raises up the next generation well?

Ohhh and one more thing...How in the world do you find time to even read this book or set aside a few moments for spiritual growth so you're not running on empty but living out a full life? We'll take the next two months to answer all of these questions and then some. We'll laugh, cry, be challenged, and leave changed.

"Matrimony, Motherhood, and Me" is a workbook-style devotional with short, to-the-point entries for the married mom with young children. The title holds the old term, "matrimony" purposefully. As in "holy matrimony." Why? Because I want to redefine our modern concept of marriage and call us out

of a contract mindset and back into a covenant relationship. I want to remind you of the ancient truths of the Bible that still speak volumes today. And, I

want to share with you the lessons I've learned along the wild path of being an imperfect human who has agreed to spend the rest of their life with another imperfect human and then birth and raise other imperfect tiny humans. There's a miracle in your mess. I firmly believe that. Ready to discover it?
