This fourth book began, as did the previous three, as a series of children's talks based on Spurgeon's life. Some stories and sad and some are funny, but each one teaches a particular truth from the Bible. Spurgeon himself had a great love for children, and his desire for them was that they should come to trust, love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ in their young years.

Spurgeon is here no longer, but the Lord is still at work drawing all kinds of people to Himself. My hope and prayer is that children may be led to find salvation in Christ, and learn truths from the Bible that will help them to live for His glory.
